Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 August 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Super Lambda's website and hosting services. By creating an account or using our services you agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to open an account.

2. Services and provisioning

We provide virtual and dedicated servers as described on our website. Specifications, availability and pricing may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting active services.

3. Billing

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance in US dollars.
  • There are no long-term contracts; you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of the services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate services that violate it.

5. Uptime

We target 99.99% network availability. Where an eligible outage exceeds our commitment, affected customers may request service credits as described in the applicable service-level terms.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, fail to pay, or create risk to the platform or other customers.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Lambda is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the preceding month.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
